Customer Satisfaction Measurement Questionnaire
We would like to know your opinions of the process involved in the purchase of a Parr Instrument Company product. Below you will find questions that will help us evaluate the steps our customers go through when they purchase products from us. Your answers will help us improve the areas that gave you difficulty when they were used.
